These apply to your membership of Ample Beauty Rewards, which runs on the DayDayCard platform.
Ample Beauty Rewards stores the details you give it: your email, and whichever of name, phone, birthday and address it asks for. It also stores your points history, the coupons and rewards you hold, and which shop recorded each transaction.
This is used to operate your membership: to identify you at the counter, to keep your points balance, to issue rewards, and to send you service email. Marketing email is only sent if you leave it switched on.
Only Ample Beauty Rewards can see your data. Other businesses on DayDayCard cannot — each program's data is kept separate.
You can change your details in My profile, turn marketing email off in Settings, and delete your account in Settings at any time. Deleting removes your personal details and forfeits any remaining points and coupons.
After you delete your account, anonymised transaction totals are kept for the merchant's records. They cannot be linked back to you.
